Attended a meeting today for work, three days after all "Boiler Up" could do was get a meek little hiss out of the locomotive whistle in the Schott Tues night. One of my good professional cohorts, who is a Purdue grad, was there. It was all I could do not to ask, "Hey Jim, did they find the Purdue basketball team? I heard they went missing Tues night!"

But I didn't, being the nice guy that I am.

Then afterwords, there were the two Michigan State grads standing there bemoaning their tanking last night against that School Up North. I tried to be nice and console them when I said and meant, "Well, we all have our ups and downs."

Must have touched a nerve, because one whined back, "Well, we all can't be Ohio State"

Nope...only us lucky ones! It's going to be a great run. Go Bucks!
