It was a small tiny picture that caught my eye while browsing the Washington Post online early this morning. "Is that the 'Shoe?" I thought. I clicked on the article to enlarge and sure'nuff, there was a picture of a couple of TBDBITL band members marching in the south endzone of the Horseshoe! It was the heading though, State U Beats The Ivies, that caught my eye.

The article quotes a Wall Street Journal story in which several recruiters who say they look for students from places like Ohio State over the Yales, Princetons, and Harvards!

Duh! Apparently the rest of the world has discovered what you and I knew all along, that Ohio State produces outstanding students and not just great football players. Nice to see them catching on to our little secret! Wonder what took em so long?
