I talked tonight with a 92-year-old Buckeye fan who has gone to games since he was a kid. Imagine how many games that would be!

His description to me of the Buckeyes in the Penn State game was simply "double greased lightening”.

Today was the Tuesday press luncheon, and afterwards many writers slaved over their typewriters trying to find just the right words to describe the Buckeyes right now. I bet not all of them together come up with anything better or more apropos than “double greased lightening”.

Hats off to this gentleman for his command of the English language.
